Ideal number of groups to be part of?

I joined recently and am curious what an ideal number might be. I know it depends on how much I can commit, but I wanted to know you all are doing.

Number of groups???

Well, I dont think thre is an ideal number.......but im in 3, which are active and fun!
Just my thoughts.....
I think more than that would cause me to not be as active b/c i coulnt commit to the time needed.
Glad you joined though :)

I've been a member since last May and I'm currently in six groups. I have left some in the past and then look for a new one that meets my needs. I'm a very active poster and need active groups. I have even started a private group with active posters from other groups. This has been an amazing experience. It's important to find people in your groups that you connect with and can be honest with. You only have to log your food and notes one time in your log, it will update in all groups.
