What are better breakfast choices when you go out for Sunday breakfast in a restaurant?

Often on weekends I have a larger morning breakfast at a diner type restaurant . . .. if I choose to go to a diner I want to order items LOW in points/calories . . . .example: one egg white, tomatoes, fruit and one slice of wheat toast. - - - -Any other ideas - - - - I need to reserve pancakes as an occasional breakfast (1 or 2 times a month not a weekly occurrence)

I normally when I go to a diner I will have an egg white or eggbeaters omelete with veggies in it and whole wheat toast, I always request to have it cooked in no oil only cooking spray. I sometimes have oatmeal and fruit. One egg white to me does not seem like that would be enough calories and does not seem very satisfying also.

i usually try to order off the senior citizen's menu because the portions are very small. sometimes they let me, sometimes not. but when i do, i always get a few (tiny) pancakes with sugar-free syrup and a side of fresh fruit.

Definitely choose to sub the eggs for egg white or most places have egg beaters now that are low. Choose fresh fruit instead of potatoes and whole wheat toast and ask for SF jams, most places have those to nowadays.

Fresh fruit salad and an English muffin. Then I bum a few bites of my friends' omelets and make a little sandwich. Usually the female friends are happy to reduce the calories on their own plates and male ones are just glad to see that I'm not dieting strictly in front of them (or so they think!), so this works really well all around.

Egg whites w 1 whole wheat toast, skim milk (don't drink coffee), bowl of fresh fruit if available. I avoid buffets...too tempting. :)
