In search of a group for improved fitness, not necessarily weight loss.

I'm looking for a group that will keep me motivated in improving my fitness. I'm a runner and looking to do some races soon. I don't have a specific weight loss goal. I just want to tone up and be able to trade workout advice with people. Anyone know of a group available with similar goals?

I remember seeing a post here for athletes creating a group about training. Unfortunately I can't remember the name or find it, but I'd do a search in the find/create group. If they're all full, then start your own and advertise it on here. I'm sure there are others with the same goals who will join.

I think the group you're thinking of was "Faster and Stronger" - but it looks like it's full. So maybe it's a good time for the OP to start another group with that focus.
