Looking for a running buddy/accountability thread
Hello! I want to get back into running and cardio in general. I plan to run everyday (or almost everyday) for 40-60 mins. I have run 17 marathons and although, I am not training for one right now, I might do one later in the year for fun.
I'm interested in keeping a thread/accountability for myself and others who would like to increase or maintain their current running regimen (we are not racing!). I think that by posting our daily workouts we can achieve the best results. Support is some of the best motivation, so I don't know if this is the right place to post this as I am new to PT, but please comment and join me if you're up for it!!

I am up for it! But warning, I am not a superstar runner. Although I have started running almost everyday.

I'm so glad to have some company!! I *really* need the motivation (big time), especially after getting my bodyfat checked this morning. I'm devastated; Running does wonders in terms of leaning me out.
I'll have to run later today as I have class in less than an hour.
