Where can I find the Weight Watchers Point List online?
Does anyone have a website or document they can forward? I'm not really using the plan...but may consider it. I want to see how many points I am consuming on my low cal diet.

Dottie's Weight Loss zone has a good one. If you do a google search you'll find all sorts of information.
Here is the math to the formula, found this by doing a google search:
Here's the math: Points = (Calories / 50) - (Fiber * 0.2) + (Fat * 0.083)

If you're just trying to get a *BASIC* idea of how many points a food is, about 50 calories is 1 point. That point value can be affected though by fiber (the more fiber, the less the points value) and fat (the more fat the more the points value). If you're actually following the plan however, this probably isn't a good idea...

WW Points are based on more than just your height and weight. It is based on your age and your level of activity. The only way to know for sure is to take the quiz at a meeting or on WW online.

Weight Watchers Points
The Weight Watchers points systems is simple. Everyone on the plan is assigned a certain amount of points depending on their weight. Daily points ranges are as follows:
150 pounds: 18 to 23 points
150 to 174lbs: 20 to 25 points
175 to 199lbs: 22 to 27 points
200 to 224lbs: 24 to 29 points
225 to 249lbs: 26 to 31 points
250 to 274lbs: 28 to 33 points
275 to 299lbs: 29 to 34 points
300 to 324lbs: 30 to 35 points
325 to 349lbs: 31 to 36 points
Over 350lbs: 32 to 37 points

As of December ...
your allotted points is not based solely upon your weight - there is a quiz in the first week book to determine your points level.
FYI - the info that 50 cals = 1 pt is wrong.
Whether you choose to follow their program long term or not, you really need to at least go to one meeting to get off on the right foot with the right info. If you don't want to pay the registration fee, they often have "free registration" promo months.
Also, you don't need to be a member to go in and buy the points books, or the points calculator or any of their saleable material.
