Description:
This is my popular spinach recipe. Take a package of prewashed fresh spinach leaves. put in a pan on low heat. Add fresh juice from 1/2 a lemon, 4 shakes of red pepper flakes, shake of salt & pepper. Cook until it becomes "flaky". Try not to overcook. If you like a little more taste and don't mind the calories, a few pinches of parmesan cheese make it taste even better.
Eat! So good, and so good for you!

so how long do you cook it? What is the texture of the final product like? I am intrigued and hungry....

You cook it for maybe 5 minutes unless it's frozen spinach which I never use because it doesn't taste as good. Cook until it "looks like" spinach. About 5 minutes is usually right, on low/med heat. What I'll do is take a picture the next time I make it!
