Tastes like a diet fig newton...a little on the dry side.

Like these with a cup of tea as my afternoon snack. Slightly more figgy versus pastry than fig newtons. I'm pretty sure they are the most nutritious and lowest calorie cereal bar in the "this X walks into a bar" range. The others are 130 cals. Small difference, but just cutting 10 cals a day translates to a pound lost in a year. The downside: they get squished very easily in your bag.
